We use guided imagery because it is a gentle and powerful technique that focuses your imagination in a proactive, positive way. By accessing all of your senses, guided imagery alleviates stress, reduces anxiety and provides a sense of confidence for preparing and delivering your messages.

As a Behavioral Therapist, coach, and professional speaker Angela Barrus works with clients and audiences to create the life, relationships, career and public speaking experiences they desire. Angela launched her private practice by speaking and hosting workshops for the public to share techniques based in neuroscience and positive psychology. Seeds planted from speaking continue to attract clients from around the world.

Angela has earned the Distinguished Toastmaster award, which is the highest designation for speaking from Toastmasters International. She has delivered speeches to in-person audiences of over 800, and she recently delivered a speech to a virtual audience with over 60,000 registrants. She aims to create interactive and personal experiences whether in person or online.
